• The indexes 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, ...etc. show respectively the actions of repeating, consecutive, duplicate, triplicate, quadruplicate, ... etc. Namely,
  0 (Repeating) 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,........
  1 (Consecutive) 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,......
  2 (Duplicate) 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,.......
  3 (Triplicate) 1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,3,.......
  4 (Quadruplicate) 1,1,1,1,2,2,2,2,......
  In order to set the indicator (1) to the desired index, lift it upwards by holding the end of it with a little force, and then slide it along the indexes till it comes to the desired index.

Push down the grip(2) to the bottom position and move the clasp(3), so that the grip will stay at the bottom position. Then, if necessary, turn each figure-wheel(5) by a wooden stick in the direction from 0 to 9, till the desired figure comes out. Release the clasp(3) and let the grip(2) return to the original position.

Push down the grip(2) to the bottom position by operating the clasp(3). Any unnecessary figure-wheel can be sunken. Namely, for instance, if the number of 3 figures is desired to be used, the rest the figures in the machine can be put sunken by setting the unnecessary figure-wheel to 0 and the pushing it downwards by the wooden stick in the direction illustrated in Fig. C. The sunken figure-wheels can be returned to the normal position by turning it from 0 to 1.

Put the grip(2) at the bottom position and take off the ink pad case from the pad holder(4), by releasing the fixing lever(7) from the operation. Supply the ink pad with ink and put it back to the original location.
It is advisable not to use the ordinary stamp ink, which has the trends of corroding the figure-wheels.
